Energy Healing Sessions

In these sessions we slow down to the pace of your body, heart, mind and spirit to listen together to the particular threads of aliveness that are moving through you. From this place we offer love, attunement, listening and care; courting your being to release blocks, soften what has hardened, and rest back into the fullness of who you are.

Ritual Dreaming and Creation

Is there a ritual or ceremony that feels like it is courting your heart? You might feel called to create a ritual for tending grief, marking a threshold, supporting a particular relationship, expressing gratitude, celebrating a milestone, or more. If we work together in this way, we will listen and attune to the particular threads of aliveness that are moving through you at this time, and hone in on a ritual theme, content, and structure.

Grief Tending and Accompaniment

Are you longing for support in being with and holding grief? I am available to be called on for 1-on-1 or small group grief tending. This might look like offering loving, attuned space-holding for you to be known and witnessed in what you are carrying, co-creating a ritual or ceremony to honor your grief, or something else entirely.

It is important to me to be one who is helping to dismantle exploitive, extractive economic systems that harm life and that persuade us into postures of over-work and hyper-productivity. To this end, I am open to creative ways of exchange that honor, protect and uplift life such as trading and bartering services, time, and goods, or gift economy models. If you want to propose a creative model of exchange, or want to offer a lower or higher amount than the sliding scales listed above, please feel welcomed to do so.
